While everything went smooth,there were just a few things I would be conserned about. When I picked up the car,my family and I had a quick look
at the car and were satisfied and with the excitment of our holidays we set on our journey.
On closer inspection it was evident that the car had not been cleaned before we got it. There was old sweets under the seats and lodged in the seat floor rails, not to mention a childs shoe we found also under the seat.
On returning the car I was going to highlight these issues but the dropoff office was not opened when we arrived at the aerport at 8am.
Not able to meet someone at dropoff to voice my issues and to inspect the car on return, left me very anxious as I felt my Credit card was left in a very vunerable position.
As I lef the car back clean and in perfect condition, I was back in Ireland while the car was being inspected in France, I was still concerned about my credit card. It just was not an ideal position to be left in.
If there was any way to address this situation I would be satisfied to recommend hire from your company to others and myself in future.
