Easy pick-up and drop-off, friendly and efficient staff, good vehicle = good overall experience. Our original order had to change as our flight had been cancelled and our provider had booked us on an alternative flight to arrive Gatwick instead of Heathrow. It was surprisingly easy to change the booking for the car (in Schiphol) and the process was very quick. We encouuntered no problems on arrival and everyone knew what was going on.
