I had a wonderful experience with kate at the help desk on arrival and on return of my vehicle. she made the experience friendly and so helpful. she even brought me outside to show me how to work the car as i had never used an electronic brake and start up. The car was brilliant. as the car i had booked for was unavailable kate was kind enough to upgrade me to the next car available.
