We rented an intermediate car via CarHire 3000 for pick up and drop off at Munich airport. The supplier was Thrifty however the subcontractor at Munich is Terstappen. Contrary to some negative online reviews regarding Terstappen we were given a brand new Nissan Qashqai ( 2000Km) by a very helpful front office Terstappen employee.

I did not like the fact that the car was given to us dirty from the outside and that we were made to pay an extra 20 Euro so as to take the car across the austrian border despite the Terstappen website stating that Austria is included in the rental agreement.

Overall it was a positive expeience and will rent again from this supplier.
