Overall, I'm quite happy with the service I received. I was given a Renault Scenic, 61 Reg. The only downside was that the charger of the sat nav. given to me was not working. You can imagine what it feels like relying on sat nav. and only for it to die on the way into your journey - I got a refund for that though. The other thing was that I could have been given a better car that wouldn't consume much fuel. The car drives and moves pretty good but drinks a lot of fuel - average of 33 MPG. You can imagine what it's like driving all the way from Aberdeen to London.
