When you enter the site, you can uncheck the "return car to the same location" box to enable you to provide a return location different from the pickup location. You then see a range of car and price quotations. If you choose one and enter your credit card details, you then get sent an EMail in which it says

"As you have selected to return the vehicle to a different location than the one you are collecting from there will be a surcharge as was indicated during the booking process."

-- and it indicates a hefty one-way surcharge.

But this was NOT indicated during the booking process, or at least not anywhere obvious.

As it is clear from your entry of a different return location that you are trying to book a one-way rental and only a one-way rental, the prices you are shown should reflect this.
