Was most impressed with the multi lingual staff at reception desk. Had a slight problem with a rattling noise underneath the 1st car but I was told to bring the car back for a replacement. A bit of a pain a 80km round journey but the car was replaced without a problem, I even paid for an upgrade. The staff were efficient and courteous at each of my dealings and I would use Guerin again
