“Hidden terms & conditions and terrible customer service”

Be aware that unlike nearly all other car hire operators in the UK, this firm requires 2 additional proofs of address on collection. They make absolutely no mention of this in there 'friendly reminder' email. I received no refund for this booking and had to meet the full cost of an alternative hire, through another hire car company. I would never use this firm again, as with everything, if it looks too good to be true, then it probably is.
