only little complaining : it took me about 1.5 hour to get the car. the one I was supposed to take was not ready to drive, so after all they gave me another one. maybe it could happen in other rentals too, no idea. it is not a big problem, but my schedule became quite tight after that. the second car was ok, clean, with better equipment. but the A/C was not cleaned a while I guess. After 3 hours driving with A/C on(set maybe to 22-23 degrees) I lost my voice and now I am on antibiotics. I am just honest. For the price it was not bad, probably I would take car from them again(without A/C. ;-)). Make your own decision.
