On the whole the company secures good rental rates BUT this comes at a price !! We were originally with Auriga Crown then we were told of a change to Goldcar - when arriving at Malaga I think virtually the whole of the flight were with Goldcar and the queue was enormous.
Not what you want to see when arriving on a late flight.
Then we were told we would be paying for a full tank of fuel - AT EXTORTIONATE PRICES !!!! - and would be reimbursed for fuel left in the car upon return.
The money was put on my card within 24 hrs BUT I do not feel we used over 25€ of fuel in just 3 days !
