Staff very professional prices good, cars are clean. I think that the key items that need to be taken along for identification should be clearly highlighted or grouped together, could be improved. Not just me some other people in the same situation. Lack of communication on car collection at Gatwick this year and 2 years ago, kept waiting for car to come from another destination other that that everything ok
