“Whether it was lack of understanding us or plain...”

Whether it was lack of understanding us or plain rudeness, the lady assisting us when we picked up the vehicle was downright rude (hostile). She kept on sighing and seemed extremely tired. Halfway through she went to fetch her spectacles so that she could read our booking form.
When we asked if a map of the town was available, she did a 360 degree turn and signed and said no.

When we returned the vehicle, the blond lady was very nice. Wish we had her assisting us when we collected the vehicle

Other than the one staff member, all was good, including the vehicle.
