On return to the depot we were hit from behind by a taxi whilst stationary at the roundabout. Taxi accompanied us to the depot and gave full details to hire company. We were required to pay $330 excess, which we were told would be refunded once the insurance had been settled. Despite 6 phone calls in last 4 weeks we have been unable to speak to the manager Paul who is always unavailable but who will call you back. This never happens of course. We understand that insurance matters can take some time to settle but this refusal to talk to us makes us think that we are being ripped off.
