NOVA got me the car I wanted at the price offered. I took their voucher to EuropaCar, and they acknowledged the lease. EuropaCar tried to charge me twice for VAT, but I explained that NOVA had already included it in the deal. EuropaCar finally agreed that VAT had been included. My cars that I picked up in Rome (FCO) and Palermo were clean and roomy. No real problems. Will use NOVA in the future.
