Picked up car at Izmir airport. Quite impressed with nearly new car.We have already prepaid. Then we were informed of an additional 10 Euro for returning car at 5.30 am and also 10 euro per day for additional driver, even though our prepaid voucher stated free first additional driver. also offered excess insurance (without pressure), but we declined as we already have another insurance in place.

Yes, 10 euros may be nothing, but it is the principle that counts- inform us of your additional charges ,before payment and make it part of the total quote! I do not want to argue about costs when I want to start my holidays.
