We picked up our car in Richmond, London. Tony served us and did a fantastic job. He was so friendly and showed us all the extras on the car. It was then just a matter of getting in and driving away. He made the whole experience so much easier. Well done guys. Good experience with the car hire. Car great and 900 miles well travelled, no problems whatsoever with the car. Thanks Trish
