“Car Hire Perpignan”

This was my 2nd time using Nova. I was disappointed on this occasion as on collection we were given a Renault Clio and not the Ford Focus estate or similar we booked, we were charged €76 for a full tank of fuel as we were hiring for two weeks which we would never use as we just needed the care to travel to an from our holiday destination 120km away from the airport, and finally we were advised we would be charged €15 for a car wash on returning the car. None of these additional charges are advised to you when booking. Caution advised.
