We have never used Nova before although we have used brokers before. No problem with car we asked for a Focus estate and that's what we got.

We did seem to end up with the 'old' model and not the nice shiny new ones but that may have been the luck of the draw.Perfectly serviceable car though.

Initial problems with the on line booking but a few emails sorted that out. Good service from Nova and would recommend them to friends.

Just an addendum to this review the car did not have enough HI Vis jackets or the new breathalyser set required by French law
