DO NOT USE Nova Car Hire! Quote was WAAAAYYYYY off, that being said Auto Europa - holding Sicily by Car
who was the actual car company the rental car came from was twice as bad. They were rude, and VERY unprofessional. We have rented cars in Europe at least a dozen times and have NEVER had an experience like we had at the Naples Auto Europa. Quote doubled mysteriously with little to no support from Nova. DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES! Trust me, you WILL get screwed.
