The car is not at the airport as described, a smoke and mirrors setup.

Not clear on website that you will need the card you paid with at the airport as proof otherwise you get hit by additional insurance premium. Considering my husband paid for the car on his card this meant the premium incurred cost more than the rental of the car. Will never use again!
