The lady that served us when we picked up the car had no sense of customer service. The lady was arrogant and clearly didn't enjoy her job. We were also surprised when we had to pay a £300 deposit that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website where we booked it or the booking confirmation that we had to print off. We were also extremely unhappy to be told that we would be charged £750 for each and every small scratch that appeared on the car over the next few days, luckily there was none - again this wasn't mentioned when booking. The one saving grace of the service was the lady that served us when we dropped off the car, she was very pleasant and welcoming and did everything very efficiently - I only wish I remembered her name!
