We have used NOVA over many years and in many different locations. The reason that we keep using them is because they supply what we want, in the places we want and virtually always at the best price! (I am a Hertz No 1 Gold Club Member but they're always so expensive).

The latest hire was in Croatia, a new venue for us and therefore, there was a slight nervousness as to whether everything would be OK. Of course it was!

We had a better car than had been indicated and the agent for the car company (SIXT) was exceptionally helpful, efficient, friendly and courteous at both ends of the hire (Well done and thank you to ZORKE GOJTANIC!!).

We will continue to use NOVA - with this kind of service, why on earth would we change??!!
