“Definitely find another company to rent from”

These guys don't even let you know before they level a charge on your credit card for apparent damage that isn't even visible. I happened to check my statement and had seen I'd been slapped with a charge for damage to a van that I hired over night and other than me parking it in my drive way I was with it the entire time. TERRIBLE SHOCK FROM RENTAL COMPANY! PLS DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY My family rented the minibus from Christchurch for 10 days. As our previous experience with car rentals were relatively fuss free, we did not forsee any problem. On the day of our arrival, we were told we had to sign a NZ 500 deposit. On the day of return of the rental minibus, we were told that they will only do the inspection post wash and we have a flight to catch. The vehicle was not that dirty and we did not forsee any...
