Our latest experience at Marbesol was our worst and most definitely our last. The staff were very rude, aloof, indifferent and one in particular tried to intimidate us. We have rented many times before, and this time there were "problems" we have never had before. When we asked for an explanation, we never received one. When we said we would complain about their attitude, they laughed and told us to go complain. So we did and the company (as expected) took the employee's very different version of events. We have witnessed other customers receive similar treatment and it seems strange that a car hire company based at the airport doesnt seem to like foreigners much. Never will set foot in their office again
