Good value & Service

We used Marbesol once before about 2 years ago. However having booked a car for the end of March, through a competitor (Goldstar), and then loosing the booking and the fee due to our missing our flight from Stanstead to Malaga, we decided NOT to use the original car hire company again. Having previously had reasonable service from Marbesol, we made a booking directly with them.

The vehicle provided and the service given was both professional and efficient, and I can honestly recommend this company for car hire from Malaga airport. I would also advise all car hire customers to realise that the hugely discounted car hire prices offered through 3rd party providers on the net can only be offered by removing some 'value added' benefit from the hire. With this in mind I would recommend taking Marbesol's 'All Inclusive Option' which includes full cover insurance and free GPS use. The big advantage of this is that there is no deposit required for collision damage excess, and collection & drop off is expedited. Sure it costs a bit more (usually more than double the actual car hire charge), but the advantage of not having to put down a deposit, or worrying about damage to the car or trying to reclaim the excess in the event of an accident, make the extra cost well worth the extra.

The only real negative to using Marbesol is that they do not have a hire office in the Airport itself, but their curtesy bus collection point is reasonably close to the main airport exit doors, and they run an efficient collection/drop off service.
