What can I say..
Personal meet & greet is a girl standing at arrivals to give u directions to a bus
Very poor bus service
Very small bus for the number of customers that had accumulated because of the poor service
Bus was then overcrowded - is that legal in Spain??
The actual office had only 2 people on staff
And a bit of a row about the fact we wouldn't buy extra insurance
I'm only giving it a single star because you can't do minus scores
DO NOT USE!
