You pay too much twice: first they charge a full tank of gasoline for 29 euro's above normal price. They charged 85 euro for a tank of max 38 litre which is exorbitant.
Second, they take 800 euro's of your account and they return it not when you return the car, but weeks later. So you pay the interest all the time, instead of using it as a garantee.
When I complained politely, the employee turned their back and got away. I conclude they know that they are unfair and they don't want to take responisbility for their policy.
You will be better off with an other car rental. It is cheaper and provides more service.
I send an complaint to Vueling: never heard a reaction.
Don't rent a car here!
