My first like about this company was the fact that I did not have to pay a penny until I arrived in their office.
We were met at the arrivals hall, our name was ticked off the list, then asked to go outside the building where a minibus would take us to the car collection point. As soon as we arrived at the office, the staff came to the 3 paperwork stations, within 5-10 minutes myself and 2 other hirers were at our vehicles ready to drive off. I couldn't have wished for better.
In the past, with other companies, I have waited over half an hour just to get to the front of the queue.
returning the car was so simple, pull up, get out , before I had chance to close the door, a staff member was there to take us to the Aiport Terminal.
No hassle, very polite. I paid for the waiver insurance as I had the car for a month. Having half a tank of petrol when you start out is better than worrying about where to look for fuel. Very pleased with the cars age and condition.
