Have used before at Gatwick Airport but will NEVER use again. Car was dirty outside when we picked it up, and was far from spotless inside. We were charged £15 for cleaning inside when returned (for 5 extra crumbs), and charged for a new tyre for a tiny scrape on it which could well have been there when we picked it up.Who checks tyres? The manager was not at all interested in our points.
As I said we will NEVER use again!
