Interrent charged me for an extra day car hire despite not hiring the car for said extra day. They have no number for their complaints team and have ignored all my emails. The people I have spoken to at the store I hired from and on the main number have refused to help. The customer services person I chatted to using the online chat service through the website abruptly ended the conversation without providing any assistance. It appears interrent make things as difficult as possible to complain so they can rip people off. I am still out of pocket almost a month later with no end in sight.
