Although the car was nice which was the only good thing, we waited an hour and a half to get our car after being turned away from the Interent cabin at Luton, to then have to get a ticket and wait at europcar. We were last to be seen to be told to go back over to the Interent cabin now after an hour of waiting. Then for extra driver or mileage an extra 5 pounds a day and very hard to contact and very bad service altogether.
