Arrived at Geneva with instructions to go to the car park. When we did so it was deserted. We rang to be told to get a shuttle bus to a local hotel. When we finally arrived we met a man on the side of the road who asked for my credit card - he could have been anybody. Not what I expected and in my opinion absolutely shocking. And it took about 2 hours from start to finish at what was already a late night as the flight had been delayed. Never again and Holiday Autos should be ashamed of themselves, to be fair they have always been very good prior to this in my experience.
