“Fuel charges”

Arrived in Malaga to pick up a Seat Leon for a 3 day hire and was charged 90 Euros fuel supplement for a full tank, and was told to bring it back empty.
No matter how I tried I could only use a third of a tank.
I wouldn't use the company again or recommend them.
