My wife and I booked a car through Holiday autos on 16 February 2012 for travel on 19 May in France, and paid in full for the car.
Our airline changed the flight time by three and a half hours on May 1.
As a matter of courtesy we informed Holiday autos of the change and were told eventually that the car was not available at the later time but that they would cancel our booking with no charge!!
We were left with no alternative but to rebook with another company at about £100 more. We will never use Holiday autos again. Their attitude stinks and our solicitors have written to them for compensation for breach of contract.
