Booked a car for the christmas holidays well in advance. Got confirmation and had my card charged. Then they contact me out of the blue to tell me that they messed up and the car i booked wasn't available at that price. Gave me the option of cancelling or paying twice as much as the original charge. Nice options to have 2 weeks before the busiest holiday season of the year. Compeletely screwed up my christams plans. Customer service is abysmal (unless you enjoy being on hold to India for 20 minutes). A bunch of incompetent crooks who should not be trusted under any circumstances. Go direct to Hertz etc. Not worth the money you supposedly save going through this company.
