Do not use this company. Their paperwork had the wrong address and car hire details and as there was no representative of the car hire company a the airport we were directed to the wrong car hire center where we waited for an hour and a half and when we were seen we were told we were at the wrong place. We then had to walk with cases to the correct location where they charged us additional insurance. We have tried to resolve this on our return and the customer service is simply to avoid any acknowledgement of any wrong doing. Shockingly poor service all round.
