The lady at the service desk was very pleasant and helpful but it kind of went all wrong from there. We got to the car park with just an agreement and no keys. When we asked the attendants where the car was they took me to the car and then could not locate the keys.
So I had to return to the rental desk in the airport with the manager to get another set of car keys for a different car.
When we actually got the car it was very badly damaged and in quite poor condition. The car had very low power, the handling was awful and I couldn't find 3rd gear for the life of me. I have only been driving for 30 years though!!
Best thing about the hire experience was when we took the car back it was hassle free.
