Holiday Autos - www.holidayautos.co.uk Review

My husband and I planned a vacation to Frankfurt Germany and of course needed a rental car. We did some research and found that Holiday Autos had a great low rare and immediately booked. We made a payment to hold the reservation (and because the site showed a surcharge by paying at the counter). The charges came out of my husband's account yet we kept getting emails stating that the bank declined the payments. I wrote to Holiday Autos and even submitted a picture of his bank statement showing the amounts charged and was told the same thing. Enough was enough. We called our bank and they did a 3-way call wit Holiday Autos. They didn't know our bank was on the line and kept stating they didn't receive any money etc...once our bank jumped in, the Holiday Autos woman had nothing to say and knew she/they were caught. Thank God for our bank because they refunded us the money. We will book somewhere else and are glad this all didn't take place while overseas. Never again. This company is shady, I'd recommend finding somewhere else for a rental.
