TOTAL RIP OFF BETWEEN HOLIDAY AUTOS AND CAR HIRE COMPANIES

I'm just back from Spain where I rented a car from GOLDCAR.. DON'T TOUCH THEM!!! I was charged twice for the Insurance on the car.. GOLDCAR said that the Insurance I took out at the time of booking did not cover me as I booked it with HOLIDAY AUTOS.. I ended up paying twice the price at GIRONA AIRPORT.. So, effectively I paid 3 times if you like.. I ended up paying an extra 133 euro for Insurance I already had purchased with HOLIDAY AUTOS.
The reply from HOLIDAY AUTOS was
"I realise that our decision in relation to this matter may not be the outcome you had hoped for, but I can assure you that it was reached in line with the Terms & Conditions of your rental agreement. Please accept my sincerest apologies that I could not assist you further in this matter".
There was nothing in the Terms & Conditions that said NOT TO PURCHASE Insurance at the Pick up.. I am definitely taking this further as also, GOLDCAR charged me 80 euro for a car that couldn't even take 60 euro into the tank. Another RIP OFF. My first time renting from GOLDCAR And definitely my LAST... And I will NEVER do business with HOLIDAY AUTOS..
