sadly we lost our key and one of the staff at the desk did not want to help us and this was stressful because it was the day we were leaving. we were told that a spare key would be there and it wasnt and then when we told them that we had walked to the airport to collect the spare key Tim was happy to take us back to the villa but the lady did not want him to and she was nasty. Also the point I would like to make is that if we had not been given the car we had chosen we would not have had to pay 230 euros it would have only been 20 euros because the key we lost was a central locking method instead of just the normal drivers door. We lost out big time.
