This is the 3rd time I've used HolidayAutos. The cars & service are the same as it was when I had gone direct to the car hire Co. However the package cost is less than when we went direct, mostly due to lower insurance costs.
Over the 6 years we have used IslandRental (the last 3 through HolidayAutos) the quality of rental cars has continuasly improved from somewhat ropey to quite good.
There are regular email updates to remind you when the hire period starts but what is most impressive is there is no follow up spam, what a delight.
You can print off your vouchers & insurance policies through links in the emails.
On arrival the same staff at IslandRental are there, they recognise us ( we are not your average couple) with a smile & professional manner.
And Yes we will use them again when we go back.
