The car was well used but in good condition and very clean. The company, SurPrice, were friendly and helpful. The only problem was that they were not informed fully about my arrival time, so could not meet and greet, as arranged. They said that this happens with about 30% of bookings via Holiday Autos. Not a big problem as I know the Heraklion Airport quite well, someone unfamiliar and alone might struggle. Lastly, I prefer to get a vehicle fully fueled and return it this way. My car was one third full on pick-up and this required some juggling to return similarly fueled.
