Overall a good choice.
The downside is that on the Saturday at Nice Airport we had to stand in a LONG line for MORE than an hour at the Hertz desk to collect keys and deal with paperwork.
We also had to take a shuttle bus from Terminal 1 to 2 in order to collect the car. This fact was not made clear to us at the time of booking.
The car was fine for the purpose, as we needed a big one for 5 people at times.
I suggest informing the client of the expected transit from terminal to terminal and warn about the queue.
Include a choice to upgrade to Hertz Gold in order to reduce queueing.
Return of car was painless and quick!
