We booked a great rental car - a black Corsa who we called Wolfgang Das Auto or Wolfie for short - easy to pick up from Basel airport. We had bought our excess insurance in advance online so were not pressured into any additional purchase. All defects were noted on the form and it was easy to check them. The car was clean, freshly washed and ran really well. Had learned from a bad experience with another company the previous year and made sure we filled up the car before returning it.
Very easy to return this time - we just handed over the keys!!
An excellent experience - my only learning point this time is to book further in advance - even a week would have saved nearly £200
