This company is very clever in the way its runs its business, firstly its terms state you have to request your refundable deposit back, which should be an automatic thing. Secondly they deduct charges from your refundable deposit of which relate to damage not caused by you and then add vat and administration charges on which isn't state within the contract. Thirdly, once they have agreed to pay you back your deposit after any deductions you then end up waiting for at least another 30 days before you get your money, bearing in mind the contract states 28 days, so in reality you wait at least 60 days and end up out of pocket for charges you should never have had. You then dispute the charges and they basically go quiet and don't pay you back! AVOID AVOID AVOID
