Awful service & hidden charges ruined the experience

They were very misleading and uncooperative on 3 fronts.

1. They did not highlight credit card fees for the bond payment and again for the deposit refund as well as an admin fee. For the 2 campervans I rented, I paid 150GBP in credit card and admin fees alone. These were buried deep in their terms and conditions which is extremely unfair as any such fees should be made clear when confirming booking (airlines have been sued for not rolling these charges into the price).

2. They changed terms after the campervan was returned so that they could delay returning my deposit for a further 4 weeks, even after confirming via email 5 days prior to return due date that I would receive it on time. Not only that, but they also did not inform me of the "terms change" until I queried why I had not yet received it a week after it was due - so they clearly had no intention of informing me.

3. When purchasing bed sheets, the description stated "the single bed bedding pack includes: 2 pillows, duvet, duvet cover, under sheet, 2 pillow cases, face towel, bath towel." which appeared as though it was 2 of everything in one unless you carefully read through. We ordered 3 sets for each campervan expecting to get a total of 6 in each campervan but 6 people staying had no bed clothes. Upon raising this they said they saw no issue with this however I disagree and feel the description was/is misleading.

The campervan was top quality though so from that point of view it was good.However the appalling service ruined the whole experience.
