Hired a Flash25 Motorhome, It was in excellent condition and less that a year old, spotlessly clean and everything working fine. Handover was smooth, but you need to take your time over agreeing to the exact condition of the vehicle before you drive away. We did over 1200 miles on a tour of Scotland and the vehicle was great. No oven only grill but very manageable for a week.
Online booking system guided you through the process of hiring. But be careful as not all the costs are necessarily visible up front and it is far better to get a verbal breakdown of the costs from the call center before committing.
So in our experience the insurance costs came as a bigger surprise than expected.
Return of vehicle takes time as it is thoroughly checked but that's only fair for both parties.
Would use them again, especially now we know to get all costs understood upfront.
