Got car delivered by very grumpy member of staff, had already filled in paperwork for car and when we checked had entered less mileage than was on the mileometer.
When we asked for the car to be collected it sat outside in the rain for three days before the same grumpy member of staff collected it and told us that it was dirty and would need a valet. Despite our protests Hertz charged £42.00 for a valet on the car on top of our rental charge. They told us that their member of staff had taken pictures and that there was mud in the drivers foot well (The only place that would have been at all dirty as the car was only used by one person over the week that we had it). Overall. Rude obstructive member of staff, complaint not listened to or investigated. But did end their response to our dispute with the line that they 'hope to serve us again in the near future'.
