Recently I hired a Hertz car from Zurich airport. It was all as promised from the booking till I was returning the car. Then something personal unrelated to the car hire happened to me and here is where Hertz staff impressed me most. From the moment I called the office they continued to help me in every possible way, even after I paid and returned to my country. Eventually different staff got involved and all of them helped me. I remain impressed how highly they esteem their clients.
