Let me say this first the people who were working there were NOT the problem they were wonderful. This terrible Review is because the Company is TERRIBLE. I had my car reserved ready to go and everything and the day of the trip. Im an underage driver (my age 23) WELL i don't have a bank account so i couldent get the car so we put it in my mothers name and added me as a Driver under her car and what not Then they did a CREDIT CHECK she failed couldent get the car..SO we went to take my father out of work because he has great credit..So we go back a THIRD TIME btw and he passes and then they ask me for my card number im like What??!!?? I don't have one thats why we are going threw my parents and adding me as an extra driver and they would NOT ALLOW this..WTF They did not inform me of ANY OF THIS when i rented the car...DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! They are a terrible Company!!!
